Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Germany and, depending on the product and shipping partner, to selected other countries. For some products delivery to certain countries may be excluded. The available options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time is usually about 12-26 days. It starts after your payment has been confirmed and can vary depending on the product and shipping partner. The estimate for each item is shown on its product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the product, the destination country and the shipping partner. The exact costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped and a tracking number is available, you can find it in your account under Orders, together with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit or debit card and with PayPal. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Why is no VAT shown on my order?

In accordance with section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small-business rule) we do not charge VAT. All prices are final prices; shipping costs are added separately and shown at checkout.

When is my order processed?

Your order is usually processed once payment has been completed successfully. The delivery time starts from this point.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a normal return or withdrawal without a defect, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please do not send parcels back unpaid (carriage forward).

How and when do I get my refund?

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

What condition do returns need to be in?

Please return the goods as complete as possible, securely packed and in a resaleable condition. For products that were custom-made or personalised to your specifications, the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
